Den-Wil, Inc. is dedicated to providing high-quality apartment living, commercial and office space for residents of the Brookings area. Owned by Dennis Bielfeldt and his father, Wilbert Bielfeldt, Den-Wil, Inc. began operations in Iowa City, Iowa, in 1983 with one rental house. It has grown to its present state of owning and operating Countryside Estates, Countryside Villa, Countryside Meadows, Country Crossing, Medary Woods, Medary Square Apartments, the Galleria, the Old Sanctuary, the State Office Buildings and rental houses. Den-Wil also manages, and is the majority owner of, the new 126 unit Innovation Village, near Innovation Campus.
